What
Peer-to-peer seminars and webinars on selected topics will be organised by BRIEFING.
Benefits
Deliver on dissemination, exploitation strategy, design a commercialization path and/or plan follow-up projects is usually a pressing issue for all FET projects – there is not one single solution for this but good practices already exist and sharing challenges and solution (even if it is not complete but cover smaller aspects) could serve as inspiration for other projects. Peer-to-peer sessions are an effective way to distribute knowledge and learn from other parties’ experiences and best practices, and thus enabling structured collaboration between projects.
Content and program
As a coach BRIEFING consortium partners will set out a topic outline and will lead the online sessions. The researchers introduce their projects, share their experience about possible difficulties and issues they faced and offer possible solutions.
Suggested topics based on the previous findings of the BRIEFING research:
- Issues with dissemination and especially with exploitation
- How to generate follow up projects to ensure sustainability
- Sharing experience on project result exploitation
Considering the research life cycle we will group projects according to product maturity type (FET Open, Proact, ILP etc.) and research topics.
After the first meeting participants will evaluate the session and we will continue/modify based on the feedbacks.
Proposed agenda:
- Welcome and Introduction (5 min)
- 5 FET projects delivering a 5-8 minutes of presentation on the topics above (30-40 mins)
- Discussion and Q&A (15-20 mins)
- Closing (5 mins)
Presentations will be available online after the seminar.
