Workshop and call for papers: A feminist approach to data protection

WeNet consortium member the University of Tübingen is co-organizing the CfP: Workshop on Feminist Data Protection later this year. There is a current call for papers to be presented at the workshop, which is open until 15 June.

The one-day workshop will be hosted by German Research project, Forum Privacy (‘Forum Privatheit’), and promises an exploratory, multi-disciplinary look at feminist approaches to data protection.

The workshop is organised with the support of the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz (ULD) Schleswig-Holstein, the International Center for Ethics in the Sciences and Humanities (IZEW) and the Center for Gender and Diversity Research (ZGD) of the University of Tübingen and the Law, Science, Technology and Society Research Group of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

The workshop will be held 20 November 2019 in Berlin, Germany.
